Homeowners:
Buyers be aware of the neighborhood covenants
and by-laws
When working on your homes it is the homeowner's
responsibility to have the trash removed.
Please do not place new construction debris in
front of your home or on empty lots.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the association is important because it shows
that you care about the neighborhood and want to make it a
better place to live. Membership dues are $50 per year per
house and is due January of each year. To join the
association, please see one of the officers mail a check
payable to Oak Ridge Park Civic Association to P.O. Box 417,
Violet, LA 70092.
GARDEN OF THE MONTH
The “Garden of The Month” winners are selected every moth and a beautiful
butterfly is displayed on the lawn for the entire month. Only paid members of
the association are qualified. The winners are selected based on their garden
and overall appearance of the yard.
